Lo Mein.

I promise this won't become a food blog but I am really proud of myself today. I spent a really long time on Sunday sorting through recipes and deciding which ones to try. I have been wanting chinese food all week so we decided to start with this recipe.

The hardest part about cooking for me is how long it took me at the store to find all of the ingredients we needed. The recipe was easy to follow and not too complicated. 

It turned out really pretty, way prettier than the picture makes it look. 

I was really worried that it wouldn't taste good and I would have ruined our whole dinner but Spencer liked it so much that he asked me to make it again the next night. 

So I guess you could say that I am the best wife ever!
