Running.

Guys, I am a really bad runner. Like I really don't like it. But there is a 5K that I want to sign up for so I guess I better be able to run more than half a mile...

I think I am going to start doing this chart and just hope that it works.

I will probably start with week 3 or 4 cause I have been running a little more lately and that seems really doable. So we will just see how this goes...

Does anyone else have any advice for a beginning runner???
